Shipping SHIPPING: Your item(s) will be shipped as quickly as we can, usually within one business day. If any products in your order are not able to be shipped within three business days (unless stated otherwise in the product description), you will be notified by e-mail with order options, including the option to cancel the order if you want. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as product becomes available.
RETURNS: Before returning any item, you must contact us for a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization number. We will also provide you with the correct address for your return as returns of certain items are to be sent directly to the manufacturer. We take care to properly pack and ship your item. However, if an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately so we can determine whether a replacement is in order.
